Return Process

  Label and Post

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team receives and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
